Executive Function Skill-building for College & Early Career Success

Coaching and workplace training that builds critical thinking, planning, task initiation, and communication—so capable people perform at their full potential.

Employers/HR:
Reduce early-career performance risk

Structured onboarding + executive skill development to improve ramp time, reduce manager load, and stabilize performance.

Students & Parents:
Help your young adult build independence

Adult-to-adult coaching that teaches sustainable systems (not nagging, not therapy, not “try harder").

CollegeEQ

Young Professionals: Stop falling behind your potential

Learn planning, prioritization, task initiation, and follow-through with a coach and a repeatable framework.

HOW IT WORKS

Create lasting skills and behaviors that translate into real-world success.

1

Assessment + Goal Setting (Weeks 1-2)

We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand the individual’s strengths, challenges, and current skills and habits. Together, we identify priorities and establish clear, actionable goals that align with their personal, academic, and professional responsibilities.

2

Weekly Coaching + Systems Building (Weeks 8-12)

Through consistent one-on-one coaching sessions, individuals learn and practice the strategies that support organization, time management, critical thinking, and follow-through. We break down challenges and help clients implement strategies that lead to behavior change.

3

Progress Tracking + Skill Transfer Plan (Final Weeks)

As the coaching sessions conclude, we review progress, reinforce key skills, and develop a plan for maintaining the systems that are working. Individuals leave with strategies and structures they can continue using in new academic, personal, and professional environments.

Students: Academics + Life Skills
Young Adults: Managing up + Prioritization
Employers: Onboarding integration + Manager relief

WorkEQ provides performance skill development (planning, task initiation, communication, etc).
We are not therapy and not clinical treatment; we teach practical executive-function systems.

TESTIMONIALS

Proven Support. Meaningful Results.

"My coach is so supportive! Our meetings really help me to focus. I like that she talks about goal alignment with graduation and a career. I get stuck with only thinking about what comes next and forget about the big picture. She said I've got employability skills now, which made me laugh. Then we looked for internships."

Asha P., San Ramon, CA - Student

"Graduating from an Ivy League college during a global pandemic was a humbling experience. I've changed companies 4 times in 4 years. My employer thought having a Professional Success Coach would retain me for longer. She's not wrong. I highly recommend WorkEQ."

Martin H., Philadelphia, PA  Gen Z Employee

"I feel more confident at work. I know who to go to with questions, when it's appropriate to ask those questions, and when to hold back. I guess you can say I'm reading the room better."

Sophie J., NY, NY - Gen Z Employee
